Getting started
We're excited you're interested in growing your business with SafeRide Health. We like to be up front about our expectations around our high-quality provider partners. Credentialing process
Before giving any rides, we need a few key pieces of information on your drivers, vehicles, and company. We require your insurance This ensures your company is compliant with rules from our clients as well as state and federal entities.
- For Companies: SafeRide listed as an additional insured on certificate of insurance, minimum $1M CGL per occurrence, minimum $2M CGL aggregate, minimum $500K auto liability insurance
- For Vehicles: Vehicle Registration and Vehicle Insurance
- For Drivers: All driver information (drivers license, social security cards, etc.) and drivers must complete the following with supporting documentation - national background checks, national sex offender registry checks, motor vehicle reports, pre-hire drug screenings, first aid (or CPR or AED) training, defensive driver trainings, wheelchair securement trainings

Delivering rides
Get ready to hit the road with us! Your dedicate network vendor manager will help you complete onboarding and get your team up and delivering members to care in no time. Your network vendor manager will keep you up to date to ensure you're meeting minimum performance standards on a continual basis. To continue as part of our network, SafeRide requires you to continually meet performance standards including:
- 100% ride response rate
- 95% ride acceptance rate
- 95% on-time performance rate
- <1% complaints rate
- <5% kickback rate
