“We are honored to be named one of the ‘Best Places to Work’ in Los Angeles. When we started SafeRide Health we led with our mission, “To restore access and dignity to care”. From that DNA the whole team built a firm that fosters innovation and promotes inclusion,” said Robbins Schrader, CEO at SafeRide Health. “This shows that hard work pays off, thanks to our team and their collective effort building a great place to work while improving the health of our community.”
“The Best Places to Work in Los Angeles” recognizes the top 100 workplaces in Los Angeles County, as voted on by the people who know them best - their employees. The two-part survey process consists of an evaluation of each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Los Angeles, analyzed the results, and determined the final rankings.
