Buckeye and Buckeye – MyCare Ohio (Medicare-Medicaid Plan) Gas Mileage Reimbursement

Beginning July 1, 2024, SafeRide Health will be supporting the Buckeye Health Plan Medicaid and Buckeye Health Plan – MyCare Ohio (Medicare-Medicaid Plan) population with non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services. To ensure no interruptions for passengers and drivers utilizing the gas mileage reimbursement mode of transportation, please ensure drivers complete registration using the online application portal. If a ride is administered on or after July 1 without updated driver information on file, the driver will not be reimbursed.

Claims and Information


To be reimbursed, all claims need to be filled out using the Gas Mileage Reimbursement form (PDF opens in a new tab). Please complete the form and send back to SafeRide Health via email or U.S. Postal Services mail.
